Well ... OK. It was only 45 minutes. A very dear friend and I rented a helicopter while in Hawaii and we saw the island of Maui in style. The views were breathtaking and we went from tropical rain forest to 75 mph winds and freezing rain in a matter of minutes. Pineapple fields, sugar cane fields, dormant volcanoes ... we saw everything (that's the home of the late Beatle George Harrison in the second pic down in the second column).

The colors are unaltered. It was an overcast day so the colors really jumped out at me. The views in this piece were some of the most beautiful we saw in the days we were there. I hope you enjoy these. :)

Movie Trivia Tidbit: The third pic down in the first column is the site of the helicopter descent in the first Jurassic Park movie. The waterfall was amazing. Overall ... very cool. ;)

AH! VERY AWESOME! I thought the Jurassic Park waterfall was in Kauai though. I did the same thing: helicopter tour. Definitely worth it.
